This remodel and renovation project included construction a new four-acre ramp area, a new fuel farm, a 30,000-square-foot-hangar, a newly renovated terminal building of 8,000 square feet. Provisions for future additional aircraft hangar storage were provided in preparation for the final phase of construction. Constructed was completed in 2009. Brokaw Design provided the design of all site and structure lighting, electrical and communications facilities.
